Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind.

For they sow the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind. The standing grain has no heads, it shall yield no meal; if it were to yield, aliens would devour it..Hosea 8:7.

You have ploughed iniquity, you have reaped injustice, you have eaten the fruit of lies...Hosea 10:13

This Biblical warning spoken in context of Israel  and yet  reflect- its implication  to people of modern times. Observe-the dirt level people are willing to stoop to  - for money, for prestige..for power. They steal from others...they slander, they stab and they murder .without conscience and a thought for others.  What you see around are EGO-I,  I, and more  I!! 

This  plague-the loss of conscience, reasoning, rationalisation ,the bashing of  the good  in  human nature is so widespread in today's living ..that  goodness had long flown away- ousted for the glory of the flesh...and the greed of self possession. God has become mere lips for appearance's sake , not the faith, the belief, the heart , the soul,  and the reverence. Remember...you reap what you sow-DISCERN .


And again, in the context of achievements...harvest depends very much on what you sow and where you sow  those seeds. Sow on rich grounds...and you shall  reap good harvest. Sow the wind -and , you reap whirlwind.
