Mind the company you keep

Leave the presence of a fool, for there you do not meet words of knowledge; The wisdom of a prudent man is to DISCERN his way,but the folly of fools is deceiving. Proverbs 14:7-8

Many want to be part of the "happening" crowd. That is perfectly al-right  provided the "happening people" helps you grow internally and progress outwardly. Get into the correct circle, cultivate the correct friends, have a life, look after your future. 

Too many  define "happening" as mere gratification , satisfaction of  shallow desires- a puff of toxin, a  moment's thrill of the forbidden, a taste of "high" . 

Discern , know the difference between rewarding membership and those that leads you into destruction.  Sometimes, simple and ordinary could be better. Pick the right company, get into rewarding mode right from the start. It will save you many dead ends, tears and heartbreaks later on in life. Life is short, live Right and start now!!
